Rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has granted special power of attorney to his wife Bianca Censori.
Censori’s assumption of Ye’s power of attorney follow’s the rapper’s infamous series of controversial statements and actions made in late-2022.
The Sun originally reported Censori’s assumption of the rapper’s power of attorney, noting she would also handle Ye’s “comeback.”
“I, [Ye] has made, constitute and appoint, and by these presents do hereby make, constitute and appoint: Bianca Censori my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead place to ask, demand, sue for, recover, collect and receive all such sums of money, debts, dues, accounts, legacies, bequests, interests, dividends, annuities, and demands whatsoever as are now or shall hereinafter become due, owing, payable, or belonging to the undersigned,” the document states.
Artist @kanyewest’s wife Bianca Censori assumes control over his personal and financial affairs as “special power of attorney.”
She will reportedly be managing his comeback into public life.

“Giving and granting unto said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises,” the document continues, “as fully to all intents and purposes as the undersigned might or could do if personally present, the undersigned hereby expressly ratifying and confirming all that said Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of those presents.”
Ye and Censori married in January, two months after the rapper’s divorce from Kim Kardashian.
In October 2022, West said he would go “death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE” regarding his Instagram ban after suggesting rapper Sean Combs, known as Diddy, was being controlled by Jewish people on the platform.
During a December appearance on Alex Jones’ InfoWars, the rapper, who wore a black hood over his head and face, said he liked Hitler, among other controversial statements.
Jones attempted to understand Ye’s comment, suggesting he didn’t deserve to be referred to as “Nazi” and broadly demonized for his recent antisemitic comments.
“Well, I see good things about Hitler, also,” Ye responded. “I love everyone, and Jewish people are not gonna tell me ‘you can love — us.'”
“You can’t say out loud that [Hitler] ever did anything good, and I’m done with that, I’m done with the classifications,” he continued. “Every human being has value that they brought to the table, especially Hitler.”
“The Nazis, in my view, were thugs, shut people down and did a lot of really bad things,” Jones replied.
Ye cut off Jones’ comment, saying, “But they did good things too” in reference to Nazis.
“We gotta stop dissing the Nazis all the time,” said Ye.
Jones appeared to be uncomfortable throughout Ye’s diatribe, though reiterated that while he disagrees with the rapper he believes he should be allowed to express his opinions.
The rapper lost partnerships with Adidas, Gap and Balenciaga amidst his comments last year.
