Tim, you’re slightly mistaken on this reporting. Florida was buying Regeneron WITHOUT Federal involvement…dealing directly with the manufacturer. Last month (before Biden’s speech on the topic), Florida doctors got a letter stating that they would have to make their requests for Regeneron to HHS, henceforth. Biden Admin Federalized the supply chain…and we know how well that works in practice. At the time, Florida was one of less than five states requesting the treatment. So, we were doing JUST FINE until the Federal government stepped in, we didn’t need to federal assistance, nor did we request it. They butted into the arrangements that DeSantis secured. Kinda like how they stepped in to block and smear HCQ and Ivermectin treatments. Biden admin is feckless, useless, nefarious, vindictive, and abusive and needs to stay the hell out of our business.
