Tip for age rating anime, look at the TV slot the anime was aired on for Japan. What is completely lost for those that don’t watch anime strait from Japan is that the stuff more kid friendly is aired at normal kid times(early afternoon). If an anime aired in the midnight or 1 am slot it almost certainly is not kid friendly. Also, high rated anime is mostly not for kids. At best for teenagers and up. Even the ‘kid friendly’ stuff is often more for middle school aged kids(Naruto and One Piece for example). There is stuff for young kids, but you have to search it out. Assume anime is for adults and older teenagers unless a specific kid friendly one is recommended. No kids, but I’ve talked with friends who are parents and had to point out that Anime can’t be treated like daytime cartoons that are common in the US. Also, agree completely about Anime so often over sexualizing near everything. ~2010 there was a huge shift in anime toward ‘fan service’ that has flooded the aired shows. Mid 2000s and earlier anime was still not for kids, but because of topics and violence; Akira, Evangelion, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Monster, Hellsing, etc. Under no circumstances would I set a kid loose on an anime streaming site without strict parent supervision.

“Trans” is the lie, it’s jus a homosexual coping mechanism, just one more of the million shades of gay, all falling under the same mental DISORDER!

  7. Alucard says:

So what she’s saying about the lolis is that it’s bad that children that are molested or broken don’t need a medium to understand how their feeling especially because someone may get off to because children when molested or worse won’t know how to handle those feelings especially if isolated because parents won’t know how to handle it in japan and America it happens alot and since talking about it is a taboo with any real answer we just have eliminate all mediums of them experiencing it and trying to understand their feelings as well so they don’t feel alone and commit suicide as broken people that feel tainted needless and empty tend to do of course let’s destroy that i get her feelings but eliminating something because it makes you feel better because a 1,000 year old vampire that was slowly and painfully dying became a vampire loli

  8. Lv99_Mastermind says:

Man, if only people put as much effort into blasting actual pedophilia and doing something about it as they did Koyomi Araragi Koyomi brushing his sister’s teeth. I’ve been watching anime since I was 8 (currently 26). Not once have I managed to equate a drawn image of a loli to an actual living child. This is the same bullshit as “someone playing violent video games will eventually commit actual violence”.

  9. Wolv256 says:

Well, this is horrible and dystopian, but at least I’d have gotten an ‘A’.

  10. Heartlandsoul says:

As someone who has faced sexual abuse as a child. I almost threw up multiple times hearing this segment . This is exactly what grooming is. Exactly.

This introduction of sexual things to children is evil, egregious and mournful.

  11. Metroidman389 says:

How did this woman come across that infamous scene in Nisemonogatari? Lol
For real though. I’m always against censorship of any kind and I don’t think it should happen, but content like that is very clearly fetish driven, anime is almost as much to blame for the insane amount of coomerism you see these days as porn. It’s not all anime and as with all things you just need to be a prudent parent. I have kids myself and there’s no fucking way I would ever let any of them watch Bakemonogatari or it’s sequels until they were much older. It’s very softcore and fetish driven as a lot of anime is. Just watch what your kids are doing, we don’t need censorship, we need good parents.

  15. Destroynme says:

Don’t ever try and censor anime. The moment I heard that, I had flashbacks to the early 2000’s and the pearl-clutchers that wanted to censor video games and anime. Video games are more mainstream these days, but as an anime fan I’m tired of both the left and right constantly trying to destroy my favorite form of entertainment. At the end of the day you have to remember IT’S NOT REAL. Unlike all the other things you discuss, this is pure fiction. If you censor lolis in America, it’s not going to disappear… in fact, I wonder how you would even do that. What would end up happening is the same thing we’ve been doing for decades, piracy. We’d simply pirate the banned anime or the banned hentai because our community is more than willing to do it under normal circumstances, try and censor us and you’ll only make them more fanatical. If you tried to make it illegal, all you’d do is drive an underground market for this stuff and then turn normal law-abiding citizens into criminals overnight.

Banning a fictional form of entertainment or censorship just because you don’t like it is extremely hypocritical. I’m disappointed nobody called out the guest for this. Just because you’re morally opposed to loli, doesn’t mean you have to become the very thing you’re fighting against. It would just be adding more enemies when you need more allies.

    • Magster73 says:

I don’t think she means to ban your anime. Just that it should be for adults, not 10 year old kids.

    • Oldchap90 says:

Man, I get you. I don’t think lolis should be banned. However, the overt oversexualization in anime makes things like Redo of Healer and Interspecies Reviewers more prevalent in mainstream. IMO, those shows should exist, but as hentai, not anime. IMO, the reason those shows are acceptable is because ecchi became mainstream. We just have a draw a hard line between hentai and anime somewhere. It’s not lolis, but it should probably be overt sex scenes.

  16. Kain21 says:

This is clearly neoMalthusian. It is a whole combo of Neo Malthusian theory taken into account for generating a reduction in population. Liberals or Conservative Elites that are on board with that assassin way of thinking will not let their kids go into that doctrine, and they will be adequately do the things needed in terms of the right covid elements to survive the Massive elimination of population. What they do not know is they will loose on the deal they have made with China. Russia will not go by their rules at the end of the day; and they will end with karma up their back ally real hard. God bless those who are playing these games with human beings, for as Christ said, they no not what they are doing.

  17. Klunk says:

It’s identity. I refuse to identify as anything, because who I “am” tomorrow will not be who I am today. We change, we become better. I don’t want to be me, I want to be MORE.

Our identity is all that we will have accomplished in the end; everything we do in the meantime IS us, regardless of circumstantial categories and arbitrary labels. So why are we taking this seriously?

    • Fifth says:

No offense but you’re delusional. Human beings can’t avoid having identity. You can change it and have a new identity tomorrow but you’ll have one regardless if you like it or not. That’s just how the machinery of your brain operates.
You can ofc hate this, you can even convince yourself you have no identity but all you’re doing is forcing the center of gravity of your personality go underground, into deeper and deeper layers of (un)consciousness.
Being 100% “fluid” and not having any identity is a lie. If you can sincerely fall for this crap, you know nothing about yourself. Just keep digging deeper and you’ll eventually find out what I’m saying is true.

  18. TwoTimesTy says:

You know it is grooming to teach this stuff because………who needs to be taught how to do it?
I learned on my own. You just…kind of figure it out.

You don’t need to be taught how to do that. You really don’t even need to be taught how to have sex, especially these days. Although that might have been part of the talk from parents on the way it works…..i.e. what goes where…..that’s all you need.
The rest you just learn on your own through experience. You, and the other person.

There are a lot of amazing shows and movies that have come out in the last 10 years( I honestly believe, the main issue is that when you have an industry that pumps out 30-40+ new shows(with most of the being fetishized otaku bait) every 3 months, the vast majority of it is bound to be shit.

Nomani has an advantage that the rest of us need to take advantage if we have kids in school at any grade. My girl became an adult about 10 years ago so she’s safe now. My missus and I would always, always, go over her school day every evening over dinner, and we’d pay very close attention to see if she would act like she was holding back or skirting the issue. We’d always ask her if she ever felt uncomfortable with what was being taught (about whatever). In other words, we would supervise her teachers via her progress, the books, and homework. Whenever one of us could, we’d audit at least one of her classes. It’s so much harder to raise kids these days, because everyone wants a piece of your kid.

And just to be pedantic for a minute… this conversation crutch that has crept into contemporaneous dialogues, of saying “Right?,” is rather pervasive. Nomani is the not the first of your guests to use it. Either it sounds like asking to be validated or like a prompt to the listeners to make a sound of acknowledgement, to affirm they’re listening. Haven’t decided if it’s good or bad.

This is a very important conversation for all of us to have, around the world and we should be ejecting critical theory from our society in its entirety.

And Crossland wanders, again, back out onto foul territory when he acts like he will give serious consideration to educating 3 and 4 year olds on sexuality. What the actual fuck Crossland?

    2) could you please put the “comments” box AT THE TOP of the comments, so that I don’t have to scroll down through all previous comments to get to the box where I can add my comment

Love you, and love what you do! I hope you take my requests as genuine suggestions to make your site better!

So the toothbrushing scene that’s referenced is from Nisemonogatari, from the Monogatari series, I’ve not seen any of it but it always seemed interesting and is on my watch list. Something that should be noted with this series though is that it’s classified as a “seinen” show, which means it’s target demographic is supposed to be 17 and up. For reference as well, most of the shows I’ve seen Tim reference like Dragon Ball or Full Metal Alchemist those are “shounen” which the target demographic is supposed to be 10-17. So like any other type of media, you just need to be sure to educate your kids on what’s appropriate for them and their age range and what isn’t. You also have to take into account the maturity of the individual as of course some may be able to handle certain things earlier than others. I guess I was lucky in my upbringing where I learned and was taught from my parents on how to tell apart fiction from reality as well.

With that a lot of that stuff doesn’t really bother me, since there’s no direct stuff happening, where as with stuff like say Cuties or those child pageant shows or what-have-you, I have a problem with those since to produce that you NEED to involve kids. This isn’t to say I’m all gung-ho for lolicon or shotacon stuff.

Can’t recall the exact time, but I think it was about 4 years ago now, BBC tried to do some report on anime being harmful and such, though the person they brought on to discuss (I think it was done on-site in Japan somewhere) was able to bring up relevant data whenever the reporter tried to make the accusation about anime and that anime even looking at the lewder side of things doesn’t do much harm apparently. Though the person from that video might be a good guest at some point or some mangaka like Ken Akamatsu.

I agree that Lolicon and Shotacon fetish is disgusting.
The age of the Web 2.0 or the Internet of Things has eroded the moral framework of our society.
Looking back Wokeism began to really slither its way into the culture around the time Obama was President. I remember Common Core being forced on to us in highschool.
Though one thing that has lead us to this point is the awful No Child Left Behind policy. It requires those not ready to move on in school to just be continually beaten down by the system.

  37. Weckstein says:

Tim- the left aren’t going to lose this war because they die off or cannot have children. They are doing anything and everything they can to build this industry of child sex enslavement. Soon us biological women will have no say so over our offspring. They will belong to the state and groomed into whatever the government wants them to be. Life is no longer a gift in their eyes.

  38. Latterdaygamers says:

Research bears out that live action porn destroys the lives of those that view it, but the Research doesn’t do the same for anything “fake”. I also believe that the same can be said for violence and how it effects children. Cartoons fine, Saw movies/porn bad.

  39. FxTwT says:

I have been an educator for five years and can say that our education system has been completely overrun by this leftist indoctrination. One school I taught at had the white staff and brown/black staff meet in separate groups so that the white people could talk about how our whiteness had caused oppression either directly or indirectly. Absolutely sickening and I am glad I teach at a private school now.

As a science educator I endeavor to make my political leanings completely unknown to my students and do my job of teaching critical thinking. If you teach students to think logically and to defend their claims with observed evidence, then I believe the facts will point them to the truth and they can in turn call out both conservatives and liberals when they are wrong.

Schools need to stop teaching students what to think and just teach students how to think.

    • TheInfamousScratch says:

Whaaaaaaat I was gunna say I bet this is being blown out proportion, but wow.

      • FxTwT says:

Sadly, it is not. It is most extreme in blue states, especially in New England where I am, but even in SC and VA, the public schools are all filled with leftist ideology.

Many teachers are political activists and carry their ideals into the classroom. Not good.

  42. PhantomFrog says:

The very second someone starts whining about anime, they lose all credibility with me. If you think a certain media genre is inappropriate or obscene or whatever other brand of pearl-clutching you want to apply, then don’t watch it. Don’t let your kids watch it. Actually do the job of parenting yourself, instead of trying to get big daddy government involved to censor something because you’re too inadequate as a parent, or as a person in general to handle its existence. Censorship only appears as a solution to a pathetically weak mind.

This lady should take a good honest look at crime statistics in Japan compared to everywhere else and have a good hard think about who is honestly handling things right or wrong.

  43. jonlovski@yahoo.com says:

I can understand where this woman comes from about not liking anime that goes into categories like lollycon or incest but there’s a reason why Tim and other people never hear about those type of genres in anime. The market in Japan speaks for itself and categories like lollicon and incest animes are incredibly small and unheard-of because people don’t like that disgusting shit generally in Japan, let alone around the world and it is not propped up like the disgusting porn getting taught to first graders in today’s schools.

I’m starting to wonder what’s up with Ian? Nobody has childhood gender dysphoria because war in the Middle East makes them hate the USA. It’s nurture, probably one of the parents has gender dysphoria. We do not need to cross sex train and sexualize 1st graders.

We should wonder, why is it WOKE to train children how to behave opposite of their biological gender, but WOKEness says it is wrong to teach them to embrace their biological gender?

Some parents think it is a WOKE badge of honor to have kids who have gender dysphoria. I know a woman where I work who loves to brag about how her daughter is a tomboy while her son is very girly. This mother claims her children are choosing these traits on their own, yet we never hear her brag about how feminine her daughter is, no bragging about how rugged her boy is. Nowadays this teenage boy is seen in photos looking like he is wearing women’s make up and lipstick, while the daughter is in photos with no makeup on. The kids never look happy, they always look nervous. This woman has always complained that women are victims in society. She has a big chip on her shoulder, always has, on the topic of oppressed women in society. The mother is grooming and praising both kids for cross gender behavior. I once helped her move houses, with other coworkers, after her divorce, years ago, when the kids were preteens. The boy’s bedroom mattress had obvious stains from regularly wetting the bed at this older age. The boy was a nervous wreck from the crazy mother, in the opinion of many coworkers who have heard the woman brag and tell gender crossing stories.

    • NoOne123 says:

“I’m starting to wonder what’s up with Ian?”
Ian’s weird. I don’t know what’s going on with him. Part of me thinks he might actually be partially on the spectrum of autism or something(i mean this very seriously not disrespectfully). The way his mind relates cause and effect is strange and he seems to have a bit of a tendency towards psychopathy. He agrees with Bill Gates’ vision that the world should be depopulated. When it comes to pedophilia and hollywood fucking kids instead of being outright disgusted he instead chooses to say something like, “well there’s clearly a good and bad to everyone” to which Tim exclaims, “they’re pedophiles Ian!” instead of thinking of them as outright evil(which all pedos are).

He’s not an idiot but he’s clearly not politically or socially savvy. When i imagine how the World Economic Forum people think, i imagine Ian to be somewhat close. Distant, disconnected, finding strange justifications for the extreme actions probably an “ends justify the means” type of guy. He seems like the type of dude that’s VERY good at approaching a technical task but kind of lacks empathetic thinking. I’m sure in person he’s a really chill dude but he’s not someone you’d want in the position of building a society or passing laws that effect how people interact with each other. I imagine if there was a law about mandating everyone being forced against their will to have neuralink implanted into their brain, he’d be all about it.

      • Fifth says:

Agree with the observation. War in the ME makes people in US hate themselves? This is so obviously nonsense it’s hilarious. There’s reasons for the self hate but those are much deeper than some corrupt politicians making stupid foreign policy decisions.
I blame drugs. Too much drugs at too early age. Plus, brain biochemistry is highly individual, this stuff works differently on different people. Ian’s brain is quite obviously rotten. With rotten brain you can’t find your way out of all the lies and propaganda you were fed in your formative years. It takes a lot of dedication, work and brainpower to fact check all this nonsense and get rid of it. Ian quite obviously has failed at this task.

I suspect that’s why the left so adamantly supports legalizing drugs. It has it’s good sides, obviously, but for many people it results with actual brain damage, so you can no longer reason your way out of a paper bag. That’s the only way lefty ideology can survive, it desperately needs rotten brains to survive.

  51. JumpmanKain says:

I enjoyed tonight’s regular segment and the members segment. Asra seems pretty uninformed about anime, though. Yes, there’s some really creepy, weird anime out there (like the incest and loli stuff). But there’s also a ton of anime that is completely harmless, and some of it is really wholesome. My 5-year old has been watching anime like Kiki’s Delivery Service, My Neighbor Totoro, Mary & the Witch’s Flower, Pokemon, Yo-Kai Watch, Cardcaptor Sakura, K-ON, Ponyo, Spirited Away, etc. for the last two years. They’re great, they don’t have any of the weird sexualization stuff she’s talking about, and they largely have wholesome messages. Seeing the creepy incest anime and saying anime is bad would be like watching Cuties and saying, “I take issue with movies. They’re really bad for kids.” as if all movies are like Cuties.

Anyway, I appreciate the work Asra is doing because it’s very important. Because of that, I think it’s all the more vital to get your facts right if you’re going to argue against something. You don’t want to give the left an easy way to redirect the conversation or dismiss your arguments as over-zealous fearmongering.

    • DarthWho says:

I’m saying this as someone that watches too much anime so keep that in mind.

She made it pretty clear her issue with anime was Loli and incest stuff. Her argument would be the same as everyone’s argument against cuties. People weren’t camping for the end of all movies they were calling to end pedo bullshit.

I understand it’s just drawings and the story says she is 200 years old, some women can’t help that they look that young etc etc

A perfect example that comes to mind is no game no life. The sister is like 11 and they have an overly touchy feely kind of relationship. There are just some shows that at a glance look kid friendly but might be crossing the line and implanting some fucked up ideas.

That being said… It’s your job to check what you kid is watching. I can tell you right now there are some anime my kid will not be watching (cough* goblin slayer cough*)

      • Destroynme says:

First off, the issue is that Cuties used real children in a real setting. Anime lolis do not always look like actual children and even if they do, the context is in a fictional world. Second, in “No Game No Life” the younger girl isn’t even related to the main character. They’re only siblings because they say they are… so at least no incest I guess. Even though it’s weird when anime does it, if anime was really causing an epidemic of child molesters we would have already seen higher rates of that in Japan. As it stands, Japan has a lower rate of sexual abuse towards children than the U.S. There are many reasons for this, but it’s hard to criticize another culture about something that your own culture does with more severity.

  52. Chrisj2000 says:

Tim and friends please check the pitches email for a story synopsis I sent. I realized the issues with anime from watching it in adulthood having no real experience with it as a child, and seeing how it has affected my kid siblings. To fight in this culture war and create culture ourselves, I want the community to create anime much like an Animatrix for their own characters within the seven cities.

  53. NoOne123 says:

The anime scene she’s talking about at around 10 minutes in with a brother brushing his sisters mouth is this
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OP2gte21-NQ

I haven’t watched the anime itself, the scene seems to play it off as a sort of “comedy” that MIGHT be self aware of its own genres tropes but regardless its definitely not for children. DO NOT just let your kids watch anime unsupervised. Just because its a, “cartoon” doesn’t automatically mean its for children. Also understand that ALL MEDIA IS PROPAGANDA. NO EXCEPTIONS!

if you have kids you NEED to pay attention to the media they are consuming from youtube vids to cartoons and tv shows/movies, to video games and comics/manga/books and even online forums they may be involved in.

We live in a very fucked up time both politically and technologically. You as a parent NEED to be vigilant. It has never been more important than now that you pay attention to what your kids are consuming.

    • Druwed says:

Agreed, monogatari is an 18+ show, and no kid should even be near the series, it is ultraviolent, has a lot of fetish stuff and the writing would be nonsensical to a kid.
A lot of anime, i would say 40-60% of it is aimed at older teens and adults.
Parent need to pay attention to what their kids watch and do the minimal amount of research about what its about

Teacher here! . Was able to homeschool my children for 10 yrs, but after divorce had to go back to teaching. Brought my kids with me. Charter schools. Private Christian schools. Public schools
I dont want to teach! But have no other way to make enough to feed my children and keep a roof over their head. Didnt teach last yr. Dreading teaching. I want to fight but unless you join NEA there is no legal representation. Last 2 yrs teaching ended in legal battles. I lost both times.

    • FxTwT says:

I have taught in charter, public and Christian schools as well. I would be interested to learn more about what you’ve experienced as a teacher and parent.

  57. ArmyGal says:

Would love to see lists of optional school choices, by county and state, whose school board and administrators have publicly denounced CRAP and pledge to keep all related propaganda away from students and out of their schools. Parents would transfer students into those schools in a heartbeat. Private and public options, both in person and online. If CRAP promoting schools lose a large amount of students, and therefore their funding, I think it could turn the tide.

  62. RaneyNickel says:

In articles published for adult consumption – a voluntarily read media – authors have to ***** words like sex, pornography, etc. for fear of censorship of the entire article. Then the books they are making reference to are considered mandatory reading for children under 18.

  63. willc233 says:

I’ll end on this: If you don’t hate the federal government, you are the enemy of the people. Get out of the way of us who are ready to light these bastards up. I repeat, get out of the way. The stage is set.

  64. Gorilla56 says:

Remove CRAP school boards, administrators, teacher’s, and PTA’s.

  65. willc233 says:

You dumb unlistening or ignorant idiots need to know. There is a difference between crimes and indiscretions. You believe Privacy is dead, but it is not. People can believe whatever they choose to under our system of governance.

  66. welder1 says:

Lollycon as gross as it is doesn’t really bother me because it is not real children. If chomos want to watch weird fake kids I don’t care. Once it harms actual children then I say end them.

  67. charlo2013 says:

I am disgusted by this 🙁 I work full time but this is inspiring me to continue and work hard to homeschool my kids. These ideas are so insane. We do have to fight this movement before it’s too late.

  68. TheWillOfD says:

The point about leftists being outbread by conservatives is only optimistic on it’s face, because that model becomes irrelevant in terms of what “they” are ultimately aiming for. Look to Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World – after the family is abolished by the state, they will simply be grown in labs. Huxley knew the game plan long ago because of who his brother was and what he was involved with.

This world is getting scary that this shit is in all the schools! I hope to god that mom’s and dad’s step up and vote in school boards that are republicans or others that will not stand for this stuff, if its not stopped in 15-20 years these brainwashed kids and the rest of the leftist will destroy this country and when we are at the weakest Russia and China will walk right in and they will be all for it! Hope we stop it but best to move to small towns and get with groups of like minded people to avoid this BS as long as we can.

    • willc233 says:

You don’t have 15-20 years to fight what’s happening now. Pull the kids out before we lose our land! Beat and stop all commies upon sight!

  71. willc233 says:

Tim, like every other normal person, ignores the root of America’s main problem. The main problem is INNER CITY BLACK CULTURE. Go ahead and make an argument against it. I’ll wait. Everybody knows it, and they have for 40 years, but they’re all cowards now. Nobody wants to make the black kids angry (it doesn’t take much). Tell the truth: people are leaving the cities, like they have been for 40 years, because of BLACK CRIME & VIOLENCE. Blacks gravitate to generous governments and their low-income programs, and drive out the self generating prosperity of all others in the area. Blacks who leave the cities prosper, while blacks who claim fame via stupid rap tapes continue the cycle.

    • Blankfield says:

Although I will not dispute your claims, there is always more to the story for instance single parent black households including state funding which makes one more incentivised to be in a single parent household. Not what this protection was intended for… What do we do though? State care? Kids go hungry? which they do anyway with shaniqua getting her nails done every week to get inevitably knocked up again for another father to leave because she has the option to say i don’t need no man ™ it’s a vicious cycle do we blame the father’s? The mother’s? The government? Where does the responsibility lay? I say surely not on the taxpayer… capitalism says (in my view) it’s a dog eat dog world out there and natural selection would surely profit us all that have the will to overcome life’s challenges. much pain and suffering will ensue but who’s to say we can escape this inevitability by constructing our flimsy human solutions? They only seem to create more suffering imo.

    • raquaza252@yahoo.com says:

um, Isekai is a genre where people are transported from their world into another one. It literally translates to “different world” or “other world”. It has nothing to do with those other categories.

The Left has lately been interchanging “Critical Race Theory” with “Transformative Social Emotional Learning” in their literature. It is super important that parents and opponents be aware that they may be trying to abandon the term CRT (or CRAP for this crowd) to kill the opposition. This way they can obfuscate teaching it and the parents will think that the crisis is over because everyone has stopped talking about critical race theory and critical theory.

  85. Michael_Ashcroft says:

So let me get this straight.
These teachers want to indoctrinate kids to be like them?
This means teaching kids how to be wankers?
    Ok. Got it.

Through middle school I believed the Sex Ed was rather normal, showed more about STI’s and STD’s, overall theme being either abstain, or take the risk of a child or disease. Along with pictures of some grotesque examples of what those diseases can look like. They really took that and now added hypersexualization of children themselves. Ever since the start of my life I keep noticing the encroaching Liberal Imperialism, and the punching down the conservative ideals, hell and I’m just a 2000 baby.

Hey guys I tried to super chat this on boob tube but I got busy. Shortly after the Star Spangled Banner segment I was driving down the I10 and spotted a downed flag on the shoulder. I stopped and limped about 200 yards or so on a busted ankle to save her. I’m not a big fan of printed flags but this particular on is cool. It has a green Kenworth big rig on it. Green is my favorite color and I am a trucker so I will accept it. Anyway you guys are awesome my family and friends for the most part love your show. Great guest Lyds. I am proud to be a part of such an amazing movement with you all. DONT TREAD ON ME. NO STEP ON SNEK! 🐍 🇺🇸🏁

On Ian and DMT: I had one and only one out of body experience that was most like talking to an omnipotent version of myself, or perhaps my future self. I’ve never seen the world the same but I’ve also never been able to replicate this experience. I feel like I must have learned what I needed to, the alternative being my aging brain (approaching 30) doesn’t like to relinquish control anymore. Any experienced psychonauts have insight for me?

This lady is giving those parents WAY too much credit. They are not working hard, they are not raising their children. Do they do well at their job? Yes. Do they care about their children? Yes. However, working hard would be giving up that job and living with less so that they can raise their children instead of sending their children to be raised by strangers at school. They are taking the easy path, they are sacrificing their children’s future in return for higher income so that they have easier and more comfortable lives. I have no sympathy whatsoever for any parent who sends their child to school, even private schools have been compromised at this point. We have reached the point where you cannot send your child to school while simultaneously claiming to be a good parent. Those two things are mutually exclusive.
