Former Democrat Tulsi Gabbard endorsed Republican Ohio Senate candidate J.D. Vance and Republican South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem for reelection among other Republican candidates.
The latest endorsements follow a string of Republican candidates previously endorsed by Gabbard, including Arizona Gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake and Washington Congressional candidate Joe Kent.
“Tim Ryan represents everything that is wrong with the warmongering Washington Establishment,” said Gabbard in a Tuesday tweet. “I’m endorsing [J. D. Vance] because I know the cost of war, and that our government exists to serve the people, not the other way around.”

“Grateful to have the support of the last person to clean Tim Ryan’s clock on the debate stage,” Vance responded referencing Gabbard’s debate with his opponent Ryan in 2019 during the Democratic primary.
“Thanks Tulsi! And thanks for putting our country over party.”

Gabbard also released a video endorsing Noem for reelection in South Dakota’s Gubernatorial election.
“I’m Tulsi Gabbard, and Kristi Noem is a friend of mine. We believe in defending freedom and protecting what makes this country so special,” says Gabbard in the ad. “Kristi loves South Dakota and fights against extreme policies that Jamie Smith supports, like raising taxes, mandating vaccines, and taking away your gun rights”
“Extremists like Jamie Smith are why I left the Democrat party,” Gabbard adds, encouraging viewers to vote for Noem.

On Monday, Gabbard endorsed fellow Republican Michigan House candidate Tom Barrett who is running against Democratic incumbent Elissa Slotkin who was recently endorsed by Republican Wyoming representative Liz Cheney.
“I’m here and really proud to support fellow veteran Tom Barrett, who’s stepping up to serve and lead our country in a time of need in Congress,” said Gabbard in an exclusive Fox News video. “Having served in Congress for eight years on the Armed Services and Foreign Affairs Committees, I know firsthand that a vote for Slotkin is a vote for more war.”
Republican candidates also endorsed by Gabbard include Nevada Senate candidate Paul Laxalt and New Hampshire senate candidate Don Bolduc.
“Thank you @TulsiGabbard for walking away from the radical left, cancel culture, & censorship & standing for the Constitution, freedom, & our country,” said Laxalt of Gabbard’s endorsement during a campaign event in Las Vegas.

“I can no longer remain in today’s Democratic Party that is now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness who divide us by racializing every issue & stoke anti-white racism,” announced Gabbard in an Oct. 11 episode of The Tulsi Gabbard Show.
