White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki flat-out refused to say the word “Communism” Wednesday when asked to comment on possible factors behind pro-Democracy protests sweeping Cuba.
“They are opposed to the oppression, to the mismanagement of the government in the country,” deflected Psaki.
The Biden State Department earlier claimed a major force behind the demonstrations was the population’s frustration with rising COVID cases and “lack of medicine” to beat back the pandemic.
More than 100 people are missing and at least one citizen was killed while demanding reforms from the Communist Regime.
