'Knock Knock': Musk Says He Will 'Bang On' Zuckerberg's Door To Demand Fight, Taunts Facebook CEO

'Zuck Is A Chicken'

Tech mogul Elon Musk said he would show up to Facebook co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s house and demand a fight.

On Sunday, X News Daily shared what appeared to be a screenshot of a text-exchange between Musk and Zuckerberg in which the X owner asked if the Facebook CEO wanted to have a practice bout in preparation for their upcoming MMA fight.

“If you still want to do a real MMA fight, then you should train on your own and let me know when you’re ready to compete,” Zuckerberg responded. “I don’t want to keep hyping something that will never happen, so you should either decide you’re going to do this and do it soon, or we should move on.”

Musk told Zuckerberg he would be in Palo Alto on Monday and asked the Facebook creator if they could fight in his backyard octagon, which Zuckerberg has previously posted about on X’s competitor app Threads, which launched in July. The X owner noted he hadn’t been practicing much besides a “brief bout” with podcaster Lex Fridman.

“While I think it is very unlikely, given our size difference, perhaps you are a modern day Bruce Lee and will somehow win,” Musk continued.

X News Daily also shared a screenshot of a Threads post from the Facebook CEO criticizing the X owner.

“I think we can all agree Elon isn’t serious and it’s time to move on,” he wrote, saying UFC president Dana White had also offered assistance to promote the fight for charity. “He says he needs surgery, and now asks to do a practice round in my backyard instead.”

“If Elon ever gets serious about a real date and official event, he knows how to reach me,” Zuckerberg continued, saying it was time to move on. “I’m going to focus on competing with people who take the sport seriously.”

Musk responded to X News Daily’s post saying, “I’m gonna bang on his door tomorrow and demand to fight.”

On Monday, Musk taunted the Facebook CEO.

“Knock, knock … challenge accepted,” Musk wrote in a Monday afternoon X post tagging the Facebook CEO.

“Thought you might want some tea, so I brought the bags.”

One user commented on Musk’s knock knock joke to which Musk responded with another knock knock joke.

Musk also taunted Zuckerberg in a series of posts over the weekend referring to the Facebook CEO as a “chicken.”

“He can’t eat Chick-fil-A because that would be cannibalism,” Musk responded to one user.

Zuckerberg previously criticized Musk in a Threads post saying he wasn’t “holding his breath.”

Zuckerberg has not responded to Musk’s comments as of Monday afternoon.
