A viral video shows a man loading a gun before shooting a homeless man on the sidewalk in St. Louis, Missouri.
The incident reportedly took place outside the Globe Building in St. Louis on Monday.
In the video, a man is seen casually loading a gun beside a reportedly homeless man sitting on the sidewalk. A group of men are heard discussing the man fidgeting with the gun in public in the video.
“There he goes,” says a man out of frame referring to the armed man. “He just put a magazine in it. He’s still trying to load it.”
The video ends as the assailant proceeds to aim and shoot the homeless man.
“He just f—ing killed him,” the man recording repeats, appearing to realize they recorded the man’s death.
“Our society is sick,” said one Twitter user.
Not going to post the video, but a man in St. Louis casually loaded a handgun magazine before executing a homeless man in broad daylight.
At least one person nearby filmed and watched all of this play out. Not even so much of a "watch out!" for the victim.

“Individual responsibility used to be a given,” the user continued. “It was in our social contract. Now we are observers. We pull out our phones. We laugh as people are brutally assaulted, sometimes killed. My best advice: Move out of cities. Raise your family in the country.”

“I’m still trying to get owner of video to come forward and talk about it with the media,” said the video’s original poster. “He’s probably worried about his safety, guilt he didn’t step in, and traumatized he saw someone shot in head just yards away. Regardless keep spreading word of what’s happening here in STL.”
The pair were reportedly seen fighting outside of a nearby Shell gas station before the shooting. The assailant reportedly chased the homeless man towards the Globe Building, according to the outlet.
Police have arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with a shooting in the same area, Daily Mail reported.
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey expressed intent to remove Gardner from office.
“Instead of protecting victims, George Soros backed Circuit Attorney Gardner is creating them,” Bailey said. “My office will do everything in its power to restore order, and eliminate the chaos in St. Louis caused by Kim Gardner’s neglect of her office.”
“As AG, I want to protect the people of St. Louis, and that includes protecting victims of crime and finding justice for them.“
