Former mixed martial artist and actress Gina Carano took aim at Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy’s influence in the entertainment industry in an X post.
Carano’s post follows adult animated sitcom South Park‘s latest special “Joining the Panderverse” which parodies the Lucasfilm executive’s efforts to include diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in Lucasfilm and parent-company Disney’s productions.
The actress quoted a post with a clip from South Park‘s special which features an animated Kennedy explaining the studio’s decision to remake and reboot previously established intellectual property with diverse casts and scripts.
“This is the part where KK demands any YouTubers get censored off of YouTube for sharing and laughing at this hilarious episode,” Carano wrote. “She’ll have YouTube disable the thumbs down option because of the ratio she’ll receive, then she’ll have her publicist ghouls make sure Variety and Hollywood Reporter run hit pieces about the South Park creators and their families smearing their names through every useful idiot she has under her thumb who would sell their soul to work for Lucasfilm.”
Carano continued her lengthy post:
She’ll activate her online mob to repeat that the South Park creators are racist, bigot, transphobes, and demand the South Park creators publicly apologize by only using words she approves of and finally she’ll demand they subject themselves to a re-education course of 45 people in the LGBTQ community zoom call to sit there and listen of how badly they got their feelings hurt all over a little boop of a South Park episode.
“But maybe just maybe the jig is up,” she concluded with a winking emoji.

Carano previously starred on Disney and Lucasfilm’s Star Wars spin-off show The Mandalorian from 2019 to 2020 as Cara Dune, though was written out of the show after Carano shared a series of posts which critics found controversial.
In a now-deleted post, Carano warned of hating neighbors for their political views.
“Jews were beaten in the streets, not by Nazi soldiers but by their neighbors … even by children,” Carano’s post read. “Because history is edited, most people today don’t realize that to get to the point where Nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of Jews, the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for being Jews. How is that any different from hating someone for their political views[?]”
Shortly after Lucasfilm’s decision to remove Carano from future episodes of The Mandalorian, conservative media outlet The Daily Wire announced they had signed the actress to produce and star in the outlet’s first original feature film, Terror On The Prairie.
The film premiered on The Daily Wire’s website exclusively for members in June 2022.
