Democrat House Judiciary Chairman Calls for DOJ to Conduct Federal Review of Rittenhouse Verdict

Democrat Representative Jerry Nadler is calling for the Department of Justice to conduct a federal review of the verdict in the Kyle Rittenhouse case.

On Friday, Rittenhouse was found “not guilty” on all charges.

Nadler, the House Judiciary Chairman, referred to the jury’s verdict as a “miscarriage of justice” and the violent riots as “First Amendment-protected protest.”

The New York congressman also spread misinformation, as the gun Rittenhouse used was never in the state of Illinois. He obtained it after he was in Wisconsin, where he had worked as a lifeguard and went to help clean up graffiti earlier in the day.

“This heartbreaking verdict is a miscarriage of justice and sets a dangerous precedent which justifies federal review by DOJ. Justice cannot tolerate armed persons crossing state lines looking for trouble while people engage in First Amendment-protected protest,” Nadler tweeted following the conclusion of the trial.

Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz quote-tweeted Nadler, asserting that he is calling for the DOJ “to continue tormenting” Rittenhouse.

“These people want revenge. It’s so plain to see,” author and candidate for the US Senate J.D. Vance tweeted in response.

Biden responded to the verdict, after previously baselessly smearing Rittenhouse as a “white supremacist,” by saying that he respects the jury’s decision.

“Look, I stand by what the jury has concluded,” he told a group of reporters. “The jury system works, and we have to abide by it.”

Nadler reminds me of the Penguin from the Batman movie. or Mr Creosote in Monty Python’s The Meaning of Life. Vile…evil! With his girth I am suprised Nadler has not exploded like Mr Creosote 🤣

  3. Devilsgun says:

Typical vengeful federal woketrash using the process as the punishment yet again, like scorned bitches that are here to remind you of the mess you left when you went awaaaaay…

Defeminize culture. Make being a man good again

I suspect the judge wanted to cover all bases so he waited for the jury verdict instead of outright dismiss the trial with prejudice to give as fewer excuses as possible for democrats to challenge the verdict.

He’s just pandering. The DOJ won’t do shit. Enjoy your millions Kyle, lets go Brandon.

Nadler is scum. What’s the best way to send this guy a message he is making a mistake?

You guys need to start getting investigators following Nadler.

-Nadler convinced Bill Clinton to pardon Susan Rosenberg of M19. Rosenberg bombed the US Senate Building, the US National War College and the National Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association. She was arrested in 1984 with 750lbs of explosive and a submachine gun.

-Nadler routinely lies to the public that Antifa doesn’t exist.

-He’s pushing now to investigate a clear and cut case of self defense.

If Nadler doesn’t have a history of enabling murder against Americans for his own F’d up political views, I’ be in shock. He’s a fat plump target barely able to waddle away from an investigative reporter asking him questions.

Out of curiosity, what do you think was biased? Seriously curious. The guy even stated the old narrative of “kid with gun crossing state lines”… even after the trial and verdict! That’s so incredibly ignorant, malicious, and dangerous, and it pushes lies even more. People see this kind of shit and believe it. It would be fair to assume he knows nothing about the case/trial and was just repeating what he heard on the news and/or from fellow democrats. How can you demand a review if you’re not even stating the correct facts in your tweet? (Note: I’m saying “you” as in the plural/general “you.” Not you personally).

  9. EricClough says:

I like Tim’s insistence that his journalists report facts, without bias, but it must be tough as hell to write in that manner. It will take time, but eventually Timcast will become the go-to source for unbiased journalism. Or maybe the world will just continue to go to hell in a handbasket. One of the two.

That’s funny, I didn’t know Arson and Assault were protected by the first amendment.

  11. NeverMetTheGuy says:

This shit is why taxes need to be optional. This is bullshit, and it’s a political hit job by the fucking GOVERNMENT to infringe on our rights to defend yourself from The Brown Shirts (in present day vernacular, Antifa), or Black Shirts. Kinda makes you wonder why people mention the Brown Shirts frequently, but they don’t simultaneously mention Mussolini’s Black Shirt Squadre d’Azione.

FYI “our democracy” is a dog whistle for communism.

  13. skibum says:

They’ve reached cult-level doctrine and dogmatism. Unfortunately, I think the only thing that can be done is to wait for the lies, upon which it is built, to collapse the structure. Personally, I don’t argue with people in the cult, I just redirect conversations to other things. For the zealots, there’s probably nothing that can be done and you just have to part ways.

  14. skibum says:

Pardon my French, but fuck that giant sack of shit. Nadler and Schiff have to be two of the most evil people in the country, they literally do nothing but use lies to attack and divide American citizens.

  15. HerrDoktor says:

Has Nadler never had “First-amendment-protected protests” at his house?

  16. Alysandir says:

I’m not surprised; when you break this down, this is about the radical Left wanting to maintain carte blanche to exert political pressure via destructive “protests.”

They greatly enjoyed the ability to smash, loot, burn, assault, etc without fear of police reprisal, but now they need to think very hard about citizen reprisal for attacking people attempting to protect their homes and neighborhoods. This is why they’re already talking about the “Rittenhouse precedent.”

The same DOJ that’s labeling parents ‘domestic terrorists’ and siccing the FBI on them? Yeah, I’m sure that will be legit… ಠ_ಠ

  20. Garce says:

Maybe artificially drive hard to the right to possibly drag them more center? That is how they have been shifting the overton window the past 5 decades farther and farther left so that 1990s democrats would be considered right if not far right. The shift has been extreme these past few years, so maybe theyre in a state of trauma that their ideas are no longer the ideas of “the party” and they cannot reconcile that difference and are in some sort of deranged state of mind.

But you can remind them that if anything they do or support sounds like a title for a BabylonBee article, they are probably on the wrong side of the topic.

  21. Wolv256 says:

I legit hate everyone that voted for Democrats. How to I get past this? It’s dividing me and my family, but I cannot forgive them. They refuse to wake up and see the truth and they just dig in and get nasty. I cannot compromise with these people. They are wrong and they are the ones who must change.

  22. Wolv256 says:

Well I declare the DOJ to conduct a federal review of the Democratic House Judiciary Chairman.
