BREAKING: Mass Shooting In Maine Leaves Unconfirmed Number of People Dead, Injured

Shootings reportedly occurred at three separate locations

Nearly two dozen people have allegedly been shot and killed in three separate shooting incidents in Maine, according to early reports from law enforcement sources.

The shootings allegedly occurred at a Walmart distribution center, a bar, and a third location reported by NBC News to be a bowling alley, according to Fox News White House Correspondent Jacqui Heinrich, who reported that police have a possible suspect in custody.

NBC cited a police source who said at least 22 people had been killed, with another 50-60 people injured in the shootings. The Associated Press (AP) reported that at least 10 people were killed.

A dispatcher at the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office told Timcast News they could not confirm the number of victims or whether a suspect had actually been taken into custody.

Maine State Police issued an alert around 8:25pm warning of an active shooter in Lewiston, the state’s second largest city.

Authorities advised residents to remain in their homes with the doors locked.

Just before 9 p.m. reports emerged about a possible fourth shooting, according to the Sun Journal.

Police issued a photo of the suspect who was wearing navy cargo pants, a brown hoodie, and tan boots.
