Former President Donald Trump could be sentenced to a jaw-dropping combined total of 712 years and six months in prison for all of the 91 charges he faces in the various indictments.
On August 14, Trump was indicted in Georgia by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis on 13 new counts.
The former president has been given until August 25 to surrender for arraignment and arrest in Fulton County, where they have vowed to take a mugshot of him — unlike in the other cases.
The charges and maximum penalties in the latest indictment are as follows:

Count 15: Conspiracy To Commit Filing False Documents – 5 years
Count 17: Conspiracy To Commit Forgery In The First Degree 2.5 years
Count 19: Conspiracy To Commit False Statements And Writings 2.5 years
Count 27: Filing False Documents – 10 years
Count 28: Solicitation Of A Violation Of Oath By Public Officer – 3 years
Count 29: False Statements And Writings – 5 years

Mediaite reports, “This latest indictment brings the total number of charges Trump faces to 91, with maximum sentences that add up to 713 years in prison, if you’re rounding up.”
Trump is unlikely to receive the maximum sentences or have to serve them consecutively even if he is found guilty.
Earlier this month, Trump was indicted by a grand jury over the events surrounding January 6, 2021. The four charges in that indictment include Conspiracy to Defraud the United States, Conspiracy to Obstruct an Official Proceeding, Obstruction and Attempt to Obstruct an Official Proceeding, and Conspiracy Against Rights.
Last month, the Department of Justice indicted Trump on seven counts related to handling classified documents.
In April, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records.
Trump is currently the frontrunner for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination. This is the first time in history that a former president has faced federal charges.
